Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience. Our competitive compensation package includes benefits such as generous PTO, choices in insurance, HSA, tuition reimbursement, and immediate 401K match.
Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care using a deliberate and systematic approach. You will also supervise and direct delegated nursing acts, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care, and ensure that all patients receive compassionate and personalized attention.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's Degree preferred) and a Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin. You must also hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and NIHSS certification.
