Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Association Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 449-unit condominium complex in Panama City Beach, FL.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license, a minimum of three years of CAM experience, and excellent problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for managing a multimillion-dollar budget, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and governing documents.

The selected individual will work closely with the Board of Directors, condo owners, tenants, vendors, and other employees to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, including problem-solving within budget and compliance with laws and governing documents
  • Oversee a multimillion-dollar budget and manage all aspects of daily operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to condo owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Board of Directors and other employees to achieve goals and objectives
  • Negotiate contracts and leases, supervise maintenance, and maintain asset value
  • Experience with large-scale renovation projects and knowledge of construction, maintenance, and contracts/leasing
  • Strong communication, supervisory, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with condo owners, tenants, vendors, and other employees
Requirements
  • Valid Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license
  • Minimum of three years of CAM experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work within a budget
  • Strong communication, supervisory, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with condo owners, tenants, vendors, and other employees
