Certified Nursing Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at the Brudnick Center for Living in Peabody, MA. This is a full-time position offering highly competitive pay, a generous benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Determine resident needs and provide individualized care
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Respond to emergencies and provide basic life support as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Massachusetts State Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate (CNA)
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
