Position Overview
The HR Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating and enhancing Human Resources functions. This includes responsibilities such as:
  • Recruitment and employment processes
  • Employee relations and training initiatives
  • Performance evaluation and HRIS management
  • Maintaining personnel records
  • Compensation management and benefits administration
  • Organizational development strategies
Familiarity with a variety of HR principles, practices, and methodologies is essential.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
