Regional EHS Specialist

Xylem is seeking a highly skilled Regional EHS Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our EHS team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and customers.

• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and education to employees on EHS procedures and best practices.
• Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with operations teams to develop and implement EHS management systems.

• 5+ years of experience in EHS, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technologists (OHST) certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and state-equivalent programs for occupational safety and health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A competitive salary range of $81,000 to $146,000 per year.
