About the Role
As a Junior Copywriter at Cupshe, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand voice across multiple channels. You'll be responsible for creating compelling and engaging copy for various formats, including product descriptions, email campaigns, social media, and e-commerce content. You'll work closely with the marketing and operation teams to drive brand consistency and deliver messaging that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for product descriptions, email campaigns, social media posts, and website content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of copy with visual assets and brand goals.
- Contribute to brainstorming and conceptualizing creative ideas for marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to develop relevant and fresh content.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and style consistency.
- Maintain Cupshe's tone of voice across all platforms, ensuring all copy aligns with brand guidelines.
- Support localization efforts to ensure copy resonates with diverse markets.
- Participate in copywriting training and utilize Cupshe's copywriting templates to streamline content creation.
- Assist in developing and executing short video content copy for Instagram and other social media platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in fashion, e-commerce, or retail.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to different tones of voice and write for diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current fashion and social media trends.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of content management systems like Later.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience writing for fashion or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Knowledge of localization processes and content adaptation for international audiences is preferred.
- Experience with short-form video scriptwriting and social media content creation is preferred.
