Job Summary

The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory research team, you will be responsible for conducting routine and standardized experiments, analyzing and interpreting laboratory results, and assisting in the clerical and supply aspects of the laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Conducts routine and standardized experiments using appropriate research techniques specific to subject matter of the research project.
* Analyzes and assists in interpreting laboratory results.
* Performs assays to support research studies.
* Maintains laboratory environment and assists in the upkeep of appropriate inventory; prepares and submits laboratory materials and specimens for shipment.

Requirements

* Bachelors or Masters degree in science or related field required.
* ~- 2 years of research/laboratory experience.
