Visionary Creative Leader

Helm is seeking a seasoned Creative Services Director to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive innovation across multi-platform channels. This role is a hybrid position with 3 days in our Plymouth, MI office and 2 days remote.
As a visionary leader, you'll oversee the entire creative process, introducing new techniques and solutions to streamline workflows. You'll lead our marketing strategy, managing social media campaigns, inbound lead generation, and ensuring we're engaging the right audiences to boost customer sales.
You'll mentor and develop a talented team, helping them grow while ensuring top-notch performance. You'll also work directly with clients, finding the balance between their needs and crafting campaigns that resonate with larger audiences.
We're looking for someone with a background in creative design, expertise in eCommerce platforms like Magento and Shopify, and the leadership to drive a high-performing team. You'll be at the forefront of creative innovation for a growing company in the Metro Detroit area.
