Role Overview
The Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. This role requires a high level of expertise in wound care and management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. About the Role:
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert wound care and management to residents, as well as educating patients and their families about wound care and management. You will also be expected to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert wound care and management;
Educate patients and their families about wound care and management;
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery;
Maintain accurate records and reports;
Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures;
Participate in quality improvement initiatives;
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in wound care and management.

Requirements:
Certification as a Wound Ostomy Continence RN or related field;
Minimum 2 years' experience in wound care;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
Solid computer skills, with working knowledge of MS Office;
Comprehensive understanding of infection control principles and practices.
