About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our Intake and Pre-Litigation Departments. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Client communication and relationship management
  • Preparing and editing demand letters
  • Insurance coverage analysis for auto insurance policies
  • Negotiating settlement of personal injury claims, including attending mediations
  • Explaining settlement offers and obtaining settlement authority
  • Negotiating subrogation and lien reductions
  • Screening potential new cases
  • Conducting witness and recorded statements
  • On-site/scene investigations

Requirements:

Previous legal experience is not required, but we value your potential and skills.
