We're seeking talented individuals to join our Field Service Engineer Development Program, where you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in electrical power solutions. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll work on assigned projects for electrical equipment, delivering technical solutions to customers and performing complex engineering assignments.

Our program is designed to provide you with a structured training and development curriculum, including instructor-led, virtual classrooms, eLearning courses, and on-the-job training provided by expert mentors and team members. You'll have the chance to work on real-world problems, honing your skills and developing into a top-tier leader.

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Working on assigned projects for electrical equipment
  • Delivering technical solutions to customers
  • Performing complex engineering assignments, including equipment or product design, testing of materials, process studies, or research investigations
  • Displaying proficiency in test equipment operation, troubleshooting techniques, protective relays, power quality measurements, disaster recovery, rotating machinery, protection & control design
  • Generating timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to have a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering from an accredited institution, with a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8. You'll also need to have a minimum of one internship/co-op experience or an equivalent 3 months of experience in a technician or maintenance role working on or with machines, vehicles, or large equipment.
