Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor student behavior and report any incidents or concerns to school administrators.
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of student transportation.
  • Perform routine tasks such as completing routing lists and transportation forms.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of disabilities and accommodations under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
  • Experience working with school-aged children and families.
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent walking, standing, and bending, with occasional lifting and pushing/pulling of objects. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with moderate exposure to extreme temperatures.
