  • Coordinate title transfers to the appropriate dealerships.
  • Ensure timely and accurate vehicle titling and registrations.
  • Maintain records of new and used inventory within the IDS Accounting System.
Qualifications Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in title processing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with title requirements across all U.S. states is advantageous.
  • Understanding of DMV regulations and requirements is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of loan origination processes is essential.
  • Familiarity with State Tax Codes is required.
  • Awareness of Sales Tax regulations for multiple states is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
Compensation:
$17.96-$21.34 Hourly
