Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Saber Healthcare Group. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care.
  • Implement resident care plans, as directed by supervisors, to ensure individualized care and support.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health, sanitary, and infection control policies.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in geriatric care.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing, or equivalent.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a focus on resident-centered care.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
