Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized care to our patients, supporting their families, and promoting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with personal care and home management tasks, including basic hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring.
  • Provide home management services, including basic housekeeping, shopping, and other related tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
  • Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Certification as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide, as required by state licensure.
  • Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
