About the Role

The estimated salary for this position is $68,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide counseling services to individuals and groups
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Document all interactions and interventions in accordance with agency policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work)
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
