Job Title: FFT Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate FFT Therapist to join our team at Better Morning Inc. in Washington DC.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based psychotherapy and person-centered therapy to individuals, adolescents, youth, couples, and families with various mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions
  • Document all services provided
  • Collaborate with caregivers, families, youth, and community stakeholders
  • Participate in weekly team supervision and consultation
  • Adhere to Child-Welfare safety guidelines
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in mental health or related field
  • Graduate-level license (LGPC or LGSW)
  • 1 year of experience in Functional Family Therapy (FFT)
  • Excellent writing and case documenting skills
  • Strong clinical skills and a strong work ethic
  • Cultural sensitivity and a commitment to empowering families
