About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate FFT Therapist to join our team at Better Morning Inc. in Washington DC. As a key member of our mental health team, you will have the opportunity to work with youth and families in their homes, providing evidence-based therapy and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver FFT therapy to individuals, adolescents, youth, couples, and families with various mental health issues
  • Follow the fidelity model of the EBP model and adhere to Child-Welfare safety guidelines
  • Assist families by actively referring them to appropriate services and supports
  • Provide individual/family/group counseling sessions and maintain accurate documentation
  • Serve as a clinical liaison to referral sources and guardians regarding client progress and needs
Requirements
  • Master's degree in mental health or related field
  • Graduate-level license (LGPC or LGSW)
  • 1 year of experience in Functional Family Therapy (FFT) preferred
  • Excellent writing and case documenting skills
  • Strong clinical skills and a strong work ethic
  • Cultural sensitivity and a commitment to empowering families
