Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at DJE Properties LLC. As a key member of our facilities operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, including scheduling and supervising contractors and vendors as needed.
  • Develop and implement plans for preventative maintenance and capital improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to complete large-scale projects and meet deadlines.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as facilities management or maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $58,000 per year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
