About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order & Material Scheduler to join our team at MSCCN. The successful candidate will be responsible for accepting orders, processing paperwork, and ensuring that all materials are accounted for.

Responsibilities:

  • Accept orders and process paperwork for distribution to the correct departments;
  • Review jobs prior to release to ensure information is complete and order is ready for production;
  • Issue materials out of inventory once jobs are turned in complete;
  • Review completed orders to verify that all material is accounted for;
  • Review MRP (inventory system) and create stock orders as needed;
  • Communicate directly with AMS / Detailing / Purchasing / Production to resolve paperwork problems;

Requirements:

  • Computer proficiency;
  • Data entry experience;
  • Attention to detail with ability to catch mistakes;
  • Experience reading job orders and understanding of inventory processes;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Flexible working style with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include flexible hours, professional development opportunities, and a positive work environment.
