Job Summary:

LC Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and multitasking Warehouse Sales Associate to join their team in Miles City, MT. This role involves coordinating receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities in the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction as the primary goal.
  • Assist in managing the warehouse to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short-and long-term performance goals.
  • Help customers load items into their vehicles and assist with loading delivery trucks.
  • Assist with daily operations, controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
  • Daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
  • Sell company products and services and handle all types of financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a current Driver's License.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to learn warehouse procedures and policies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with all levels of company staff.
  • Good communication and computer skills.
  • Proficiency with or ability to learn Point of Sale and ordering applications and policies.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
  • Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time and to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb up and down ladders and to see well, with or without vision correction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales and/or retail experience preferred.
  • Warehouse experience and/or agricultural background a plus.
  • Experience operating a forklift and/or the willingness to learn/be certified on company forklifts.

Benefits:

  • Starting wage: $19 - $24/hour DOE.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (no weekends).
  • This position can be full-time or part-time.
  • Medical benefits (partial employer paid) and 401(k).
  • PTO & Paid Holidays.
