We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at DaVita Inc. as a Nurse Care Specialist. As a key member of our dialysis center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associate or Bachelor in Nursing
  • Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and make sound recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy to listen and communicate with patients and teammates
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RN, Critical Care Unit (CCU) RN, Emergency Room (ER) RN, or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) RN experience
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) RN
