SilverLion Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Road Construction Specialist. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of public traffic areas and special traffic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost estimation, tendering, awarding, and construction supervision of measures in the field of public traffic areas and special traffic areas.
  • Preparation, examination, and processing of construction contracts and contractual services from a road construction perspective.
  • Processing of measures by private clients for the construction of property access roads and modifications in the public traffic area.
  • Examination of quantity determinations and construction settlements.
  • Settlement and activation of construction projects.
  • Processing of complaints and inquiries from citizens.

Requirements:

  • Master craftsman or technician, specializing in civil engineering or a comparable field.
  • Good knowledge of road construction techniques (paving and asphalt construction methods) as well as a secure handling of procurement regulations, such as VOB.
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of construction technology and construction contract law.
  • Independence, commitment, resilience, and decision-making ability.
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness combined with a confident and binding appearance, good organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Unrestricted driver's license of class 3 or EU standard B.
