About the Role:

The Executive Director of Senior Care Services will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our community, including resident relations, associate management, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. You will create and execute business plans, develop teams, and work with sales to drive results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Leadership: Lead the day-to-day operations of our community, interacting with staff, residents, prospects, and their families as necessary.">
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to grow revenue and profitability, while meeting Company service and financial standards.">
  • Team Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with management team members, cultivate an inclusive culture, and supervise department leaders to achieve department goals.">
  • Associate Development: Encourage and support department leaders to attract, develop, engage, and retain associates in accordance with Company policies.">
  • Resident Satisfaction: Build high degree of resident satisfaction and retention by maintaining positive resident relations and empowering community management to solve resident problems.">
  • Clinical Oversight: Create and maintain collaborative relationships with clinical leaders to ensure community's care and services meet resident needs.">
  • Financial Acumen: Analyze, develop, and execute annual operating and capital budgets, and work to meet or exceed budgeted revenue, profitability, and occupancy goals.">
  • Sales and Marketing: Drive sales and marketing efforts to meet or exceed occupancy or revenue targets by developing new business, generating leads, and building strategic relationships.">
  • Community Profile: Identify and build positive relationships with local influencers and professionals to raise community profile and represent the community and Company to governmental agencies, professional organizations, and other public agencies.">
  • Maintenance and Compliance: Work with maintenance and department leaders to ensure buildings, grounds, and property meet Company standards, and enforce current Company policies and procedures.">

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum of five years of operational leadership experience required. Additional years of experience can be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis. Must have a valid administrator license in states where required and a valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
