We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $75,000 - $85,000 based on industry standards and the responsibilities involved.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales and management, with a passion for health and fitness. They will be able to motivate and lead their team to achieve our revenue and growth goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales team to achieve membership sales targets and promote gym services and promotions.
  • Train and develop sales team members to enhance their prospecting and sales skills.
  • Maintain the operational budget and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Assist with membership sales and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Ensure all gym systems and processes are followed and maintained.
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff effectively to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate others.
  • Previous sales experience is essential, preferably in the health and fitness industry.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
