Main Responsibilities:- Lead the sales team to achieve membership sales targets and promote gym services and promotions.

- Assist with membership sales and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure all gym systems and processes are followed and maintained.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff effectively to meet business needs.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate others.
- Previous sales experience is essential, preferably in the health and fitness industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- CPR Certification.
- Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
