Ski Resort Equipment Operator

The Mountain Maintenance Technician will operate a variety of equipment, including trucks, tractors, and skid steers, for the purpose of mountain and utility repair, maintenance, and construction of facilities. This role requires prior experience with heavy equipment operation and a strong understanding of safety protocols.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide routine maintenance to slopes and operate all equipment used by the Mt. Ops team.
- Monitor all equipment and make sure that all issues are addressed promptly and communicated with Vehicle Maintenance.
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Take directions and work as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits

What It Takes
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- At Least 1-Year Heavy Equipment Experience Required
- Able to Read, Write, Speak, Understand and Comprehend English Fluently
