Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Rental Delivery Supervisor to join our team at Vail Resorts. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our rental department, manage a team of staff, and ensure seamless customer experiences. As a leader, you'll drive growth, foster collaboration, and maintain a strong culture of service excellence.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include managing inventory, tracking sales, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You'll also be responsible for coaching and developing team members, creating operational plans, and meeting with other departments to align initiatives.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need at least two years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the ski industry. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of snowsports and customer service principles. A degree in a related field is also preferred.
