We are seeking a highly qualified Business Lecturer to join our team at Bibsonomy. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching assigned courses in the discipline of Business, including General Business, Finance, Management, and Marketing.

• Teach assigned courses in the discipline of Business, including General Business, Finance, Management, and Marketing.
• Maintain a minimum of one office hour per week for each course taught.
• Prepare course syllabi, grading, and reports related to teaching and student progress.
• Work under supervision of discipline coordinator/division chairperson in integrating teaching efforts with other instructors in the discipline area.
• May include instructional assignments involving distance education.

• Master's degree in General Business, Finance, Management, or Marketing, OR Master's in Business Administration, OR Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or Marketing, AND 3 years related work experience (Experience must be within the last 5 years).
• All minimum qualifications must be from a regionally accredited institution and met by the effective date of appointment.

• Successful community college and/or university teaching experience in the field.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse student populations.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to use writing assignments and integrate teaching of appropriate thinking skills into course content as an integral part of student's classroom learning activities.
