We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. As a Licensed Mental Health Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to individuals and families in need.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans
- Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
- Active license to practice in the State of Tennessee
- Three years' experience in mental health counseling or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
This is an office-based position with a regular schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. The position requires basic computer skills and the ability to use electronic medical records software.
