Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks associated with cash application of customer payments.
  • Analyze and resolve cash application cases.
  • Apply payment batches and resolve cases promptly.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to invoices, payments, and customer accounts.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
  • Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
