**Job Summary**

Community Health of Central Washington is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to our buildings and grounds, as well as completing handyman-type projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to buildings and grounds, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Complete handyman-type projects as assigned, such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other facilities staff to ensure that all facilities-related tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and auto insurance required.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
  • Pre-employment drug screen required.
