Job Summary:

We're seeking a Prepared Food Team Member to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and guidelines to ensure high-quality products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to food safety standards and company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve business goals.

  • Be a Team Player: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be an Expert: Develop and maintain expertise in food preparation, food safety, and customer service.

  • Be a Communicator: Effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations and achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred.
  • Food Safety Certification: Possession of a valid food safety certification is preferred.
