Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the housekeeping and laundry facilities of the hotel in a safe and cost-effective manner.
  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and protect the assets of the hotel.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of prior housekeeping management experience.
  • Brand training and/or experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluent in English written and verbal communication.
  • Computer Word and Excel skills required.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish strongly preferred.
