Join Our Team as a Junior Coordinator for Influencer Marketing

At Edelman, we're committed to delivering bold and innovative marketing solutions that drive real results for our clients. As a Junior Coordinator for our Influencer Marketing team, you'll play a key role in supporting the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns that engage and inspire our target audiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying and vetting influencers, drafting contracts and briefing materials, and communicating with talent and agents.
  • Assist with daily team activities, such as developing internal and client meeting agendas, recaps, and key takeaways.
  • Contribute to program recaps and reporting, and support the development of actionable insights from the influencer landscape.
  • Support all influencer contracts, payments, and POs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Candidate must be of legal drinking age (21+) by date of employment, due to the alcohol brands this hire would support.
  • At least 0-6 months' internship experience in Communications and/or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven understanding of influencer marketing and the role influencers play in driving impact and awareness for a brand.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to interact with internal teams professionally, and maintain relationships with influencers, agents, and managers.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in influencer marketing, including maintaining relationships with influencers and management agencies, executing small and large influencer programs from start to finish.
  • Knowledge of influencer tools or influencer marketing platforms such as Captiv8, Traackr, etc.
  • Ability to learn and support on all executional steps of the influencer programming process, including identifying influencers, vetting influencers, drafting offer letters, review process, program execution, and wrap reports.
