Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for crisis assessment and stabilization services
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to provide on-site assessments, in-home training, and support to individuals in crisis
  • Work closely with community partners to promote long-term mental health and well-being
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized plans to address crisis situations
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on crisis assessment and stabilization techniques
Requirements
  • Valid California Driver's License (CDL) required
  • Pass a drug screening prior to hire
  • Clear background investigation prior to hire
