Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Recognizes and greets guests promptly, providing information on daily specials and menu items.
  • Assists guests with menu selection, demonstrating knowledge of food and beverage options.
  • Ensures guest satisfaction through food quality checks and responsive service.
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Anticipates and meets the needs of guests, providing exceptional service.
  • Performs tableside cooking, salad preparation, and presentation, as well as pours wine and assists with special events.
  • Attends meetings and completes follow-up tasks as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as required, including cleaning and sanitizing work and public spaces.

Requirements:

  • Two months of on-the-job training or two years of related serving experience.
  • Valid licenses and certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
  • Successful background check and drug screening.
  • Ability to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transport trays and plates.
  • Knowledge of food, beverage, and wine service, as well as table service procedures and etiquette.
