Job Summary:

The Concessions Support Associate is responsible for providing exceptional guest service in the Concessions environment. This role requires a team player who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, providing supplies and assisting the bartender as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Stock and maintain bar supplies, including ice bins, on a daily basis.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of the bartender and guests throughout the shift.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Report to work on time and be prepared to start at the designated start time.
  • Abide by the operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual.
  • Provide prompt and quality service to guests.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Must be able to read, speak, and write English in order to communicate with guests.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work all Yankee Stadium events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks.
  • Pay rate: $16/hr + tips.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.
