This position involves strategic partnerships with the Chief Operational and Technology Risk Officer and the Chief Information Officer. The Senior Director Risk leads IT risk identification, assessment, measurement, reporting, decision making, and governance. They develop and implement risk appetite measures and report on performance.

  • Expert level risk management skills to lead IT risk processes.
  • Managerial Functions - Establishing expectations to achieve company goals.
  • Reporting - Oversees documentation of data for various stakeholders.
  • Auditing - Assists audits through partnership with internal and external auditors.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in large financial institutions with operational risk, program management, governance, and people management, or a High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience.

Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree, certification, and 10+ years of experience. Expert knowledge of operational risk management, ability to establish and implement large processes, regulatory guidance expertise, executive presence, and effective communication skills. Proficiency in Archer, Excel, and PowerPoint.
