  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure the development of innovative test solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical test engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree and/or PhD with 1+ years of experience
  • Experience with electric drive systems and/or components
  • Previous product development experience (design, validation/test or analysis)
  • Previous experience with High Voltage Testing
  • Experience with structured FMEA & DVP&R process
  • Experience with NPI Programs and Processes
  • Experience with NPI Issue resolution process

Preferred Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with test automation tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
