Job Summary

EagleCare LLC is seeking an experienced Long-Term Care Nursing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for coordinating resident care and overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient services.

About the Role

This role requires a strong background in nursing with at least two years of experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative or geriatric nursing settings. You should also have one year of supervisory/management experience with direct care staff. Current active state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating resident care and monitoring the delivery of care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Overseeing direct care staff and providing guidance on best practices.

Requirements
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers, and staff.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Two years of nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative or geriatric nursing settings.
  • One year of supervisory/management experience with direct care staff.
  • Current active state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Current CPR Certification.
