About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut, a global leader in the sale of premium sunglasses. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Customer Experience: Provide personalized and unique shopping experiences for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Store Environment: Contribute to a positive and professional store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain the appearance of the store, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-Motivation: Demonstrate self-accountability for sales results, with a drive to meet goals and exceed expectations.
  • Adaptability: Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy, responding flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
