- Collaborate with our training team to develop and deliver effective training sessions, focusing on obedience, behavior modification, and advanced training techniques.
- Provide exceptional care and attention to detail, ensuring the well-being and safety of our canine guests.
- Work closely with our kennel staff to maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for all animals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in animal behavior and training.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; animal science degree or certification preferred.
- Experience working with dogs, preferably in a training or kennel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and be physically active during your shift.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Animal behavior schooling or certification.
- Dog handling experience via training classes, confirmation show experience, or other competitive canine activity.
- Experience with off-leash canine play groups.
