Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Cardiology. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide primary care to patients, working closely with physicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in cardiology.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program.
  • 3 years of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting.
  • Texas Registered Nurse license and Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse recognition through Texas Board of Nursing.
  • New Mexico State Registered Nurse license and Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse recognition through New Mexico Board of Nursing.
