A Typical Day at Premier Deck Inc

Your day begins at 7:30 AM, where you will set up the worksite after unloading the trailer. Collaborating closely with the Deck Technician, you will work on delivering exceptional deck projects and ensuring a positive customer experience from initiation to completion. At the end of the day, you will clean the job site, log daily activities on the provided iPad, plan for necessary materials, and communicate updates to the customer before concluding your day by 3:30 PM.


Responsibilities and Duties
  • Customer Service:
    • Engage with customers in a professional manner.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with clients.
    • Aim for a 5-star rating on all projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold the quality standards set by Premier Deck Inc.
  • Scheduling:
    • Complete projects on or ahead of schedule.
    • Prepare a 3-day material forecast.
    • Maintain the Daily Job Log and Production Task List.
  • Organization:
    • Ensure the job site remains clean and organized.
    • Keep the trailer well-stocked and orderly.
  • Production:
    • Collaborate with the Deck Technician to produce approximately 200 square feet of decking per week.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Basic hand tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay range of $25-$30 per hour.
  • Company truck available after 3 months of employment, with a clean driving record required.
