We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Friendly Senior Living. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance duties, repairs, and preventive maintenance on our equipment and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out maintenance duties, including repairs, light electrical, light plumbing, painting, and carpentry, as assigned.
  • Perform preventive maintenance duties according to schedule on all company vehicles and equipment.
  • Keep daily records of duties performed to be submitted to supervisor.
  • Clear snow from walks and parking areas. Be on call during winter months.
  • Maintain building security.
  • Report to fire zone when alarm sounds.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two or more years of HVAC, boilers, and general maintenance work experience required.
  • Must have a valid New York State driver's license.
