Job Summary

As the IT Help Desk Manager at Leader Communications Inc, you will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals in providing exceptional technical support to our users. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all requests and tickets are prioritized, addressed, and resolved within the required timelines.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in IT and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing tickets and requests, scheduling and monitoring tasks assigned to your team, and providing training, coaching, and support to your team members.

You will also be responsible for providing metrics and status on help desk activities, ensuring performance requirements are met, and maintaining a valid US Government security clearance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
  • Minimum five years of related experience
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage tickets and requests from users
  • Ensure required timelines are met for each request/ticket
  • Schedule and monitor tasks assigned to a team
  • Provide training, coaching, and support for team members
  • Provide metrics and status on help desk activities
