As the IT Help Desk Manager at Leader Communications Inc, you will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals in providing exceptional technical support to our users. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in IT and excellent leadership skills. You will also be responsible for providing metrics and status on help desk activities, ensuring performance requirements are met, and maintaining a valid US Government security clearance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
  • Minimum five years of related experience
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage tickets and requests from users
  • Ensure required timelines are met for each request/ticket
  • Schedule and monitor tasks assigned to a team
  • Provide training, coaching, and support for team members
  • Provide metrics and status on help desk activities
  • Provide technical support for the full range of IT tickets and requests from users
  • Ensure performance requirements are met
