About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional AIML Senior Program Manager to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the delivery of groundbreaking intelligent experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement measurement and evaluation methods across the organization
  • Lead the process for finding opportunities and prioritizing initiatives to improve quality
  • Facilitate regular data insights and Siri metrics reviews with product teams and leadership
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and communicate project/product updates to leadership
  • Collect inputs and requirements from key partners and help define new approaches to metrics and methods
  • Work with data science and data engineering teams to develop success metrics and evaluation solutions
  • Collaborate with annotation operation teams to optimize and lead human data collection and evaluation efforts
  • Work with engineering, privacy, and legal teams to develop safe data collection practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management leading cross-functional data and software engineering teams and delivering end-user-facing technology products powered by machine learning
  • Strong analytical skills and a curiosity to discover opportunities for impact and a better user experience
  • Ability to work across a large number of teams to enforce process and efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment
  • Success in large organizations evangelizing and consensus-building using strong relationship and influence skills
  • Experience in working with teams to develop quality frameworks and defining success metrics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS/MS degree with a focus in machine learning, data mining, or statistics
  • Prior product management experience in delivering end-user-facing technology products
  • Experience rolling out large-scale tools and processes
  • Highly skilled at cross-functional management without authority
  • Past program management experience at a top technology company
