We are seeking an exceptional AIML Senior Program Manager to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the delivery of groundbreaking intelligent experiences.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience leading cross-functional data and software engineering teams. You will be responsible for implementing and operationalizing measurement and evaluation methods across the organization, leading the process for finding opportunities and prioritizing initiatives to improve quality, and facilitating regular data insights and Siri metrics reviews with product teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the implementation and operationalization of measurement and evaluation methods across the organization
  • Lead the process for finding opportunities and prioritizing initiatives to improve quality
  • Facilitate regular data insights and Siri metrics reviews with product teams and leadership
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and communicate project/product updates to leadership
  • Collect inputs and requirements from key partners and help define new approaches to metrics and methods
  • Work with data science and data engineering teams to develop success metrics and evaluation solutions
  • Work with annotation operation teams to optimize and lead human data collection and evaluation efforts
  • Work with engineering, privacy, and legal teams to develop safe data collection
Requirements
  • 5+ years in program or project management leading cross-functional data and software engineering teams and delivering end-user-facing technology products powered by machine learning
  • Strong analytical skills and a curiosity to discover opportunities for impact and a better user experience
  • Ability to work across a large number of teams to enforce process and efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment
  • Success in large organizations evangelizing and consensus-building using strong relationship and influence skills
  • Experience in working with teams to develop quality frameworks and defining success metrics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal. Ability to collaborate with senior team leaders
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS/MS degree with a focus in machine learning, data mining, or statistics
  • Prior product management experience in delivering end-user-facing technology products
  • Experience rolling out large-scale tools and processes
  • Highly skilled at cross-functional management without authority
  • Past program management experience at a top technology company
