About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant Associate to join our team at Providence Service. As a Medical Assistant Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed practitioners in providing basic patient care to assigned patients
  • Perform administrative and clinical duties as directed
  • Meet basic patient care needs through both administrative and clinical duties
  • Work in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements
  • Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
  • Medical assisting experience in a clinic setting (0-6 months)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Coursework/Training - Graduate of accredited school for medical assistants or alternate training program
  • 6 months - Prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • 6 months - Previous experience in a healthcare setting working with an Electronic Health record (EHR)
