Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive environmental consulting and engineering services, including planning, data assessment, reporting, and field work.
  • Perform Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and assist with review, evaluation, and interpretation of environmental data.

Requirements

  • 7 to 14 years of experience in environmental consulting and engineering.
  • Ability to travel and work in the field, with working hours exceeding 40 per week and weekends as needed.
Desirable Skills and Training
  • 40-hour HAZWOPER training and knowledge of RCRA, CERCLA, and other federal regulations.
  • Experience sampling soil, groundwater, and other media at contaminated sites.
  • Experience in hazardous waste and hazardous materials management.
  • Experience with environmental remediation technologies.
  • Experience on federal projects (HTRW, AFCEE, etc.).
  • Meet the requirements of an Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation Qualified Environmental Professional.
  • Advanced computer skills, including ArcGIS and AutoCAD.
  • Experience with statistical analyses.
